The founding series

Three essays that explain what this movement is, where it came from, and how it will run. If you read nothing else on this site, read these.

Why $120,000?

The line isn't about wealth versus poverty. It's about where the working majority actually lives — and why one clear number builds one big tent.

Our Founding Story

It started at a kitchen table, with a stack of bills and a question: if working Americans are the majority, why does no one organize them as one?

How We Organize

One member, one vote. Elected leadership, state chapters, published books, and nonpartisan discipline. The model, explained start to finish.

What we publish

What you'll find here

This newsroom is a working record, not a press-release factory. As the organization forms, we'll publish in four lanes — and everything we post stays up, dated, and quotable.

Formation milestones
Filings, governance drafts, and launch steps as they actually happen — announced when done, not before.
Movement essays
Plain-language arguments like the founding series: why we exist, what we believe, and how we'll operate.
Research notes
Summaries from our Research Center — every number sourced to public data, with the source and year named inline.
Member updates
After launch: chapter news, convention notices, and reports on what members voted to do.
For press. Media inquiries, interview requests, and fact-checking questions are welcome — we'd rather help you get it right than read a correction later. Reach the founding team through our contact page. A full press kit — logos, founding documents, and sourced fact sheets — will be published at national launch.
A standing promise. Every statistic we publish carries its source and year. We do not publish member counts we can't verify, testimonials we can't stand behind, or urgency we invented. If we get a number wrong, we correct it in place and say so.

Currently publishing: the founding series, July 29, 2026. Next scheduled updates will cover formation filings and the founding-member period.
